Having moved across country with kids and dog in a car, I feel a strong sense of accomplishment at first. Afterward, not so much. The move was harder than expected, and I was expecting it to be hard. I think the children bounced back faster than me, I missed the funniest things, like my sunroom in the old house, the family room, with the dark leather furniture. Most stuff is still in storage, meaning the house that has not sold...sigh. We are two months into our move and I know all major changes have a year to work themselves out....hum.
